Shipping
Everything ships from the post office in West Yellowstone, usually on a Tuesday. Here is what to expect.
When it goes out
In-stock pieces are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Commissions and made-to-order work take longer and I will give you a date before you pay.
You will get an email with tracking as soon as the label is printed.
What it costs
Standard shipping is $7 and takes 3–6 business days. Express is $18 and takes 2 business days.
Orders over $150 ship free, standard.
Local pickup around West Yellowstone is free — choose it at checkout and I will email you to arrange a time.
Outside the US
I ship internationally by request. Email before you order and I will quote you the actual postage — I do not mark it up.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
If something arrives damaged
Send a photo within a week and I will repair or replace it, no questions. Shipping damage is not your fault.
