I would rather you have something you actually wear. Returns are straightforward.
The window
Return anything unworn within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping is not refunded.
Email first so I know it is coming.
What cannot come back
Custom and commissioned work, and earrings, for hygiene reasons.
If a commission is not right, tell me — I will usually rework it rather than leave you with something you do not love.
Repairs, forever
Anything I made, I will fix. Send it back whenever, however long ago you bought it, and you only cover shipping.
That includes resizing bands within two sizes and replacing lost earring backs.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece arriving here.
